First State Bank:
This project involved replacing three 30 ton multi-zone roof-top heating and cooling units. The project had to be done while the building was occupied and keep the occupants comfortable. Job was done successfully and the new equipment is performing very well, comfort level in the building has increased and the owner is realizing great energy savings.

Lakeside Mall Roof-top replacement using a helicopter:
This project involved replacing three, Mall heating and cooling units. New structural steel had to be fabricated and installed before the new equipment, which was larger, could be installed. Because of the distance from outside walls the equipment had to be removed and set using a helicopter. Our crews have done several projects where helicopter lift was involved. All work was performed by our own crews including the structural steel.

Oakland Mall:
Several old mall roof-top heating and cooling units were replaced. Exposed, old ductwork where the insulation covering was all deteriorated and leaking was all replaced with less, exposed duct and new insulation with rubber epdm covering for a leak proof and maintenance free system.
