Our products: There are two types of geothermal equipment.

1. Water source heat pumps also known as water loop or closed loop. In this category we recommend equipment manufactured by CLIMATE MASTER in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. These units use a water and antifreeze solution sealed in a closed loop buried in the ground or put on the bottom of a pond that is re-circulated using a small pump an exchange heat with the ground or pond.

2. Direct exchange heat pumps. In this category we recommend equipment manufactured by EarthLinked Technologies in Lakeland Florida. These units use copper Freon lines buried directly in the ground that re-circulate Freon and exchange heat with the ground. Direct exchange units are the most efficient because they don't need pumps for re-circulation (they use the units compressor) and they don't have to have an extra heat exchanger like the water units do.
