From the beginning Kelley Brothers demonstrated knowledge, courtesy, honesty, and integrity. Pat Kelley armed us with all of his expertise plus pamphlets to aid us in our decision to best meet our needs. (Pat even encouraged us to check out the competition!)
Kelley Brothers immediately returned telephone calls and answered questions. Installation (led by John Kelley) was completed on the scheduled day and time (no standing around waiting).
The installers were again courteous, professional, competent, and left our basement and outdoor area CLEAN. John Kelley took the time to explain the operation of our thermostat, furnace and air conditioner. We feel confident as we enjoy the results of the installation.
