I had to write to let you know what a fantastic job your service men did on correcting the problem we were having with un-balanced air flow, resulting in rooms that were either too hot or too cold in our tri-level home. We are so thrilled with the comfort level now in all of our rooms, it’s a difference of night and day. Your technicians took all the time that was required to make sure each room was the best it could be and I know the effort that was put in was over and above any service I’ve ever experienced. That kind of service is something you see very rarely, if at all, in this day and age. Their efficiency matched their friendliness and their eagerness to make sure I was happy. And if that wasn’t enough, you took the time out of your busy day to stop by and make sure everything was o.k., which just added to what was already top-notch customer service.
I also want you to know that I’ve already seen a substantial savings in my utility bills since your company installed our new variable speed high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. You have proven to me that making and keeping your customers happy is a top priority, and that is what will keep you around for a long time. Our family is building a vacation home in northern Michigan; I just wish you traveled that far because we would certainly be using you for our heating and cooling needs. I certainly will be referring your company to friends and family any chance I get (you should have gotten one customer already).

We purchased an Amana Air Conditioner from Kelley Brothers in 2005 and were very pleased with every aspect of their service. When our furnace died in 2007, we immediately called Kelley Brothers and they installed a Train furnace in our home. Sue and I would like to thank you and your crew again for helping with the success of our recent home remodel project.
Your work on our electrical, HVAC system, and whole house generator far exceeded our expectations in both quality of products and workmanship. In fact, our local Canton Township mechanical inspector was so impressed with the quality and workmanship of our new furnace and duct installation he voiced appreciation just at seeing it: "This is beautiful work you seldom see these days; I am really impressed". He went so far as to even call you and share his appreciation of your work. That doesn't happen everyday.
Self-contracting our project was a daunting undertaking. But as hard as it was most of our contractors, and Kelley Brother especially, made the experience workable, worthwhile, satisfying, and successful.
