After several years of periodic DTE power outages and "service improvements" in our local neighborhood, we finally had had enough! We had Kelley install a Generac whole house generator three years ago, and now have no more "high anxiety" moments. Their service team is great and easy to work with, and the generator does a weekly exercise and reports to an app. Tyler and a new tech just finished our annual tune-up; they were courteous, on schedule, and efficient. Two gentlemen put in a whole house generator for my folks over the harshest weather conditions this past winter (both during a huge snow squall and even rain), and they did not have any sort of negative attitude during the inclement weather. They were also very nice and helpful when I was asking them a few questions while they were in the middle of working inside of the meter box while trying not to micromanage—dumb on my part because I know one side of that box is hot—and they were able to answer questions I should have held off with asking until they were done.
