Thank you, Kelley Brothers, for being a completely customer service oriented and well-run business. From the salesman that came out to explain everything during the initial visit to the crew that came out yesterday to do the install, your folks were exceptional. I was told that you would be at my home at 8 a.m., and your guys rang my doorbell at 7:58. Your folks were on time, worked extremely well as a team (as a retired service member this was appreciated), they were careful to lay down tarps everywhere they were walking to protect my floors, they made sure they cleaned up behind themselves inside and out, and even cleaned up some smudges they left on the door when they were done. One of your guys even checked behind one of my dogs, who he thought might have picked up a piece of paper he had dropped on the floor in the basement, just to make sure she was ok. You guys are an A+++ business.
